The intimate evening gathered Oscar-nominated and award-winning directors and cinematographers, alongside key industry decision-makers from Venice, Busan, Tokyo, Sundance, and other top-tier festivals. Notably, two attending DPs lensed Fjord and Fatherland, winners of the 2026 Cannes Palme d'Or and Best Director Award respectively.

Centred around a live dialogue with the cinematographers behind these award-winning films, the event solidified DJL's position at the pinnacle of global cinema culture and secured extensive international media coverage.
